I had a great experience working with Carmen Brown, Realtor with Caldwell Banker, RPM Group. Carmen was very knowledgeable of the changing market (weeks after the March 31, 2023 tornado in West Little Rock), very responsive & pro-active to issues relating to selling an estate home, and VERY helpful keeping the us, the sellers, informed through the entire selling process. Carmen Brown helped us to price the property aggressively and encouraged us to respond when the right offer came along—FOUR DAYS AFTER LISTING!!! One thing that impressed us the most was her professionalism, integrity and vast network of contacts that were able to take care of every issue associated with selling this home! Carmen Brown always communicated quickly, clearly & honestly. I would highly recommend Carmen Brown to anyone looking for a new home or selling their existing home. Carmen became a friend and advocate during this process! Will definitely work with Carmen again as my realtor on my next dream house!
